In a recent interview, futurist Kevin Kelly shared his vision of three major shifts in the future of education:

Learning will become more personalized, teachers will be empowered, and “learning how to learn” will become the most vital skill.

这不是轻视知识，而是在强调：

在 AI 能回答一切的时代，真正稀缺的是会提问的人、会学习的人、有个性的人。

It’s not about dismissing knowledge, but emphasizing this:

In an age when AI can answer everything, what’s truly rare are people who can ask questions, learn well, and develop a unique self.

What Truly Matters Are the “Invisible Curriculums”

我们总是用分数来衡量学习成果，

数学多少分，英语几级，历史背了几朝？

We often measure learning by grades—

Math scores, English levels, how many dynasties in history you memorized.

但更重要的是：

• 你跟人意见不合时，如何沟通？
• 你出错时，是否会反思？
• 你不懂问题时，是死记硬背，还是学会提问？

But what matters more is:

• How do you communicate when disagreeing with others?
• When you make a mistake, do you reflect?
• When you don’t understand something, do you memorize—or do you ask questions?

这就是“社交情绪学习”（Social Emotional Learning），

也是教育中最容易被忽略，却最该重视的“隐形课程”。

This is what we call “Social Emotional Learning”—

The invisible curriculum that’s often overlooked, yet most essential in education.

What We Truly Need to Learn Is “How to Learn”

试问一个成年人：

“你知道你自己最适合哪种学习方式吗？”

Ask any adult:

“Do you know what learning method works best for you?”

大多数人的答案是：不知道。

Most people will answer: I don’t know.

但运动员知道怎么训练才能表现最好；

音乐家知道怎么练习才能进步；

只有在“学习”这件事上，我们却从来没有人教过“如何学习”。

But athletes know how to train best,

Musicians know how to practice well,

Yet when it comes to learning—no one ever taught us “how to learn.”

而 AI，恰恰可以在这一点上帮我们：

帮我们记录节奏、偏好、瓶颈，找到属于自己的“学习之道”。

And this is where AI comes in:

It can track our pace, preferences, and struggles to help us find our own “learning pathway.”

2. Can I ask good questions?

4. AI can answer questions, but askingis the human skill.

6. Do I know how to learn?

8. Learning isn’t rote memorization—it’s continuous self-optimization.

10. What kind of self am I building?
11. 教育最终塑造的是一个人“成为谁”的能力。
12. Education is ultimately about shaping whoyou become.

AI won’t make education cheap—
