9月25日，滨州经济技术开发区渤海实验学校与加拿大探索学院（Discovery Academy）通过云端连线，成功举行了姊妹学校协议签署仪式。这不仅是一次简单的签约，更是一次跨越国界、连接心灵的教育合作，标志着两校友好交流的全新开始。

On September 25, 2025, Bohai Innovation School and Canada's Discovery Academy successfully held an online signing ceremony to establish a sister-school partnership. More than a formal agreement, this event represents a meaningful educational collaboration that connects minds across borders and marks a new beginning in the friendship between the two schools.

签约仪式在轻松而庄重的氛围中拉开序幕。不同于传统的主持模式，本次仪式创新性地采用“教师指导+学生主导”的中英双语主持组合——滨渤实九年级杜雨诺、七年级王中怿两位同学，以流利的双语表达、从容的台风，成为仪式开场的“亮眼名片”。他们以中英双语向双方领导、师生致以诚挚问候，并表达了对学校与加拿大探索学院携手合作的美好祝愿。

The ceremony commenced in a warm yet dignified atmosphere, featuring a bilingual student hosting team. Two Bohai Innovation School students—Du Yunuo (9th grade) and Wang Zhongyi (7th grade)—opened the ceremony with fluent bilingual delivery, extending warm greetings and best wishes for the partnership between two schools.

“这不仅仅是一纸协议，更是一座跨越太平洋的友谊之桥。” 正如主持人所言，这场仪式承载着的是两校共同的教育理想与对未来合作的深切期待。

"This is not merely an agreement, but a bridge of friendship across the Pacific." As the hosts noted, this ceremony embodies our shared educational vision and deep hopes for future collaboration.

魏桥国科教育集团理事长、总校长郑旭东代表集团对合作表示热烈祝贺。郑旭东理事长指出，集团始终坚持公益性办学和国际化发展路径，此次合作是推动教育国际化、拓宽师生国际视野的重要实践。期待通过课程共享、教师互动和学生交流，构建常态化合作机制，助力两地师生在跨文化沟通中共同成长，培养具有全球胜任力的时代新人，真正实现"视野无界、教育无疆"的办学愿景。

Zheng Xudong, Chairman and General Principal of the Group, congratulated the partnership, highlighting its commitment to non-profit education and global perspectives. He expressed hope to establish regular exchanges through shared curricula and teacher-student interactions, cultivating globally competent youth and realizing the educational vision of “boundless vision, borderless education”.

加拿大探索学院创始人玛丽娜·布鲁明博士，校长艾利·布鲁明先生在致辞中表示，非常高兴能与滨州渤海实验学校建立合作关系，期待两校师生在未来能够开展更多实质性交流。

Dr. Marina Blumin, Founder of Discovery Academy and Mr. Eli Blumin, Director of Discovery Academy, conveyed their delight in collaborating with our school and looked forward to fostering meaningful interactions between our teachers and students.

At the heart of education are our students—the future. During the ceremony, campus life videos from both schools are showed. Though oceans apart, a shared passion for knowledge brought our communities together.

滨州经济技术开发区渤海实验学校是由滨州士平公益基金会捐资举办并委托滨州魏桥国科教育集团管理的一所公益性、现代化民办学校，学校涵盖了从小学、初中、普通高中整个基础教育学段。

Binzhou Bohai Innovation School is a non-profit private school, managed by Weiqiao Guoke Education Group and offering education from primary through high school.

加拿大探索学院（Discovery Academy）位于加拿大安大略省列治文山市，由多伦多大学纳米技术研究人员Marina Blumin 博士在2006年创立，是一所获安大略省教育部认证的私立学校，开设从小学至高中的全日制及特色课程。

Discovery Academy is a private school in Richmond Hill, Ontario, founded in 2006 by Dr. Marina Blumin, a former nanotechnology researcher at the University of Toronto. It is fully accredited by the Ontario Ministry of Education and offers full-time programs from elementary through high school.

学校注重小班化教学与个性化指导，尤其在安大略省高中文凭（OSSD）课程方面具有丰富的教学与管理经验，已成功帮助众多学生顺利进入多伦多大学、麦吉尔大学、英属哥伦比亚大学等世界知名高等学府。

Discovery Academy focuses on small-class teaching and personalized learning, especially in the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) program. Many graduates have been successfully admitted to top universities such as the University of Toronto, McGill University, and the University of British Columbia.

最激动人心的环节当属协议签署与牌匾揭牌。两校校长在线上共同完成签约，象征着合作正式启航。

The central moment was the online signing of the agreement and the unveiling of the sister-school partnership plaque by the principals, symbolizing the formal commencement of cooperation.

紧接着，滨渤实的两位初中学生代表——来自七年级的杜一凡同学和九年级的杜雨诺同学共同揭开红绸，金色的牌匾上，"滨州经济技术开发区渤海实验学校 & 加拿大探索学院 姊妹学校"的字样熠熠生辉。双方领导、教师代表、学生代表齐聚镜头前，定格下这一跨越山海的温馨瞬间。

Two student representatives, Du Yifan and Du Yunuo, unveiled the plaque. The inscription “Bohai Innovation School & Discovery Academy–Sister School Partnership” shone brightly. Leaders, teachers, and students from both sides gathered for a commemorative photo.

白连涛总校长在总结发言中指出，此次合作不仅是两校关系的重要里程碑，更是中加教育理念的一次深度共鸣。教育跨越国界，两校将以此为契机，在师资建设、课程共建、学生交流与文化互鉴等方面开展实质性合作，搭建起贯通东西的教育桥梁。展望未来，希望两校携手共进，以合作赋能成长，以交流拓宽视野，共同培养具有全球胜任力的新时代人才。

Principal Bai Liantao called the partnership a milestone that aligns Chinese and Canadian educational values. Education transcends borders, and both schools will use this opportunity to cooperate in teacher development, joint curriculum building, student exchanges, and cultural mutual learning, thereby building an educational bridge between East and West.Looking forward, he hopes the two schools will advance together, empowering growth through cooperation and broadening horizons through exchange, jointly nurturing a new generation with global competence.

未来，两校将逐步推进学生线上交流、教师教研合作、课程资源共享等项目，让每一位学生都能在跨文化交流中拓宽视野、提升能力，成长为具有国际视野的新时代青少年。
