科技创新 | 产业创新生态合作:舍弗勒供需对接专项启动,50余项技术需求发布

一、背景

当前,全球汽车产业正处于科技变革的关键期,新能源、智能网联、新材料和人工智能等技术加速突破,推动技术融合与产业协同向纵深发展。跨领域、多维度的创新生态系统逐步形成,驱动企业从传统产业链节点向生态网络核心跃迁,角色从单一技术应用者升级为产业生态的共建者。

在此背景下,中国汽车工程学会依托“繁星计划”,以企业技术需求为纽带,整合高校研发力量、科技企业及产业资本等资源,打造以企业为中心的创新资源配置体系。现联合舍弗勒启动“舍弗勒产业创新生态合作对接沙龙”,凝练八大方向技术需求,面向全球各高校、科研机构及创业企业邀请合作伙伴,共建产业创新生态。

二、技术需求

舍弗勒聚焦能源解决方案数字化解决方案机器人解决方案新生产概念交通出行解决方案电驱动解决方案材料解决方案先进制造八大科技创新方向,提出50余项技术需求。

同时,持续开放创新边界:无论您的研究领域是否在现有清单之列,只要具备产业应用潜力,均可提交技术方案,我们会协同评估技术适配性,共同探索商业化路径。

舍弗勒产业创新生态合作将依托对接沙龙,持续探索为潜力科技成果提供各项支持:

第一阶段:

1、供需对接:围绕舍弗勒产业发展布局和具体技术需求,组织供需对接交流;

2、场景开放:开放企业应用场景,提供技术验证环境。

第二阶段:(将在第一阶段工作基础上,探索推进)

1、技术支持:舍弗勒工程师参与项目开发,给与实际应用经验及商业化建议;

2、项目投资:对有深度合作潜力与成长潜力项目,舍弗勒关联基金可参与投资;

3、其他支持:根据项目合作进度,提供其他产业化支持。

四、具体安排

5月23日—6月23日,需求发布与成果征集

624日—704日,成果评估

7月底,在舍弗勒召开供需对接活动

各团队请于2025年6月24日前,将科技成果信息表、项目介绍/商业计划书PPT,发送至邮箱songxin@sae-china.org,主题以“单位/团队名称-成果名称”命名。“繁星计划”已提交成果无需再进行提交。

(3)Hydrogen sulfide leakage detection solutions for sulfide solid-state batteries 硫化物固态电池的硫化氢泄漏检测解决方案

Solutions can be used to detect hydrogen sulfide leakage in on - vehicle solid - state batteries: Indirect methods can be employed, such as using big data on voltage, current, and internal resistance to determine cell leakage, or using force sensors to monitor damage to the cell casing. Alternatively, direct detection can be carried out using hydrogen sulfide gas sensors.

可用于检测车载固态电池中硫化氢泄漏的解决方案:可以采用间接方法,例如利用电压、电流和内阻等大数据来判断电池是否泄漏,或者使用力传感器监测电池外壳是否受损。另外,也可以使用硫化氢气体传感器进行直接检测

When the DHT power generation motor and the drive motor are started simultaneously, since the dual electronic controls simultaneously generate voltage ripples on the bus capacitor, the bus voltage ripple becomes too large after superposition. Therefore, it is necessary to design a control scheme to reduce the voltage ripples of the dual electronic controls.
